Support your child and Springfield Park by having both parents join the PTA and help reach our goal of 100% membership! The PTA is a volunteer child advocacy association working for all children.  One of its goals is to secure laws that care for and protect our youth.  By joining the PTA, you will be a part of about 400,000 Virginians and 6.5 million members nationwide working for children.  Grandparents, other family members and friends are also encouraged to join.

Joining is easy.  Just put the completed “PTA Annual Membership Form” (find link to form below) along with the $5.00 per person membership fee, in an envelope marked “PTA membership” and return to school with your child. This form was in your child's Open House folder and it can be accessesd and printed from the link at the bottom of this page. Checks are highly recommended and should be made payable to Springfield Park PTA. Once your membership is processed, your membership card(s) and Student Directory (one per household) will be sent home with your child.

By joining the PTA, members have access to online resources ranging from health & wellness to media & technology at www.pta.org (National) and www.vapta.org (Virginia PTA).  You can also receive discounts from member stores such as BarnesandNoble.com, Sharp Electronics, Southwest Airlines Vacation, MetLife Auto & Home, T Mobile and more.  Go to www.pta.org / about PTA / benefits of membership section, for more details.
